* A fee of 18% p.a. will be charged on all overdue credit accounts.

All travel related services are organized by Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd (TA No.: 02856) acting as agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers providing ground transportation, hotel accommodations and all other related travel services. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements on behalf of participants are made by Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd on the sole condition that Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.
